Fortunately, work orders for
air conditioning and heating
are a top priority. Work order
requests for HVAC issues can
be submitted online,
telephoned to the office, or
the after hours emergency on
call service. If you are
having difficultly with your
systems, please let us know.

I would LOVE Thorneberry if i
could pay my bill online
without getting a huge charge.
It says there is a $60 charge
for using a visa online. why
should i be penalized that
much for paying my bill ONTIME
online? There should be zero
fee for online payments as
long as they are on time.

Triton is also not happy about
the charges, because it isn't
our company charging the fees.
The recent Thorneberry Times
newsletters have explained the
many options for paying rent,
many of which do not have any
service fees. The significant
charge for credit card usage
is disclosed early in the
transaction process, along
with the modest $3.50 charge
for monthly auto-pay, debit
cards, and e-checks.

both with the people and with
the upkeep of the apartments.
The apartments are very nice
and spacious. The management
does care and you will not be
ignored if you are in need of
something.

We are pleased to live here at
Thorneberry Apartments. It's
a safe place. It's quiet. It's
fairly close to stores and the
church building we meet at.

I've been living here for 3
years and I love the fact that
you can send repair requests
online and make payments
online as well. Plus it's
easier if I have a question to
submit it online as well
because I know that the
managers might not be
available in person since they
may be out viewing the
property. I'm also really glad
they fixed the lights in the
parking structures...it feels
a lot safer and just looks so
much better! I'm also really
glad they have the light on
the buildings on at night
(again, it makes it feel so
much safer). There have been a
lot of wonderful improvements
and I'm really glad to have
chosen this place.

The Thorneberry staff is most
excellent. They are always so
friendly. They keep their
word and if there are any
problems they are quick to get
them resolved. I would highly
recommend the Thorneberry
apartments.

My wife and I have lived at
Thorneberry for about 3 months
and have been very pleased.
For the money we're paying,
the square footage of our unit
is great—lots of room and
plenty of storage space. We
had a few minor maintenance
issues when we first moved in,
but the maintenance team
responded within a day and
everything was resolved. I'm
used to living at apartments
where maintenance requests
either take months for a
response or are completely
ignored, so this was a great
change.
The management team seems very
committed to making sure your
living experience is a good
one. Ours certainly has been!
